‼️J U L Y 18 ‼️
LADIES! I’m SO excited to share this with you! After carefully examining Governor Kemp’s mandates, we have officially decided that WE ARE READY!
Now, more than EVER, it’s time for this event!
Y’all, we need JOY! We need it now more than we did in March! So we’re on, we’re excited, and we’re getting ready for you!
I want to make sure you understand that we are working SO HARD to keep this day healthy. We are well aware of the fear and anxiety surrounding COVID-19, and want to keep you informed on the steps we are taking.
1. We have maintained our church cleaning crew during the entirety of COVID – 19. Our church has been cleaned thoroughly every week.
2. Our building has not had more than 10 people at any time, and those 10 people were relatively consistent. We were not having a wide variety of people allowed in. Only our production crew and our staff have entered.
3. We have kept sanitizers and disinfectants readily available at all times.
We are meeting again in the sanctuary for regular Sunday services very soon, and I will keep you updated with the practices we put in place. Our church has a large portion of at-risk members and we will continue to keep them safe. Our spacious sanctuary affords us plenty of space for social distancing, and I’m confident that on July 18, we will have plenty of room to worship!
If you would like to wear a face mask, please know that you are welcomed to do so! We have a set of bathrooms upstairs, and a set of bathrooms downstairs. The upstairs men’s bathrooms will be dedicated to women that day, and the men we have working will be instructed to stick to our downstairs men’s room. This gives us additional accommodations for hand washing.
If you have a suggestion for what you would like to see us do, please let me know! We may not be able to honor all requests, but we will do what we can!
WHO’S EXCITED!!!!!
